Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The apartment I stayed in was nicely furnished and exceeded my expectations, but my friends' apartment was in terrible condition, which impacted our overall enjoyment. The location was ideal, close to Millennium Park, but the service could use some noticeable improvement, especially in room assignments and staff accessibility.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The location was excellent, right near Millennium Park and other attractions, but I had significant safety concerns after a false alarm during the night. The rooms could use some TLC, as they felt a bit worn, and while we found the place generally clean, the overall maintenance left something to be desired. Unfortunately, I wouldn't choose to stay here again due to my safety concerns and the unhelpful service encountered.
I had a pretty disappointing stay at this hotel. While the location is unbeatable, right near the Bean and Millennium Park, the condition of the building and rooms really left a lot to be desired. The cleanliness was seriously lacking, and some amenities didn't work as they should. It's a shame because it could be a wonderful place with a bit of investment into maintenance and cleanliness.
The suite I stayed in was cozy with a delightful kitchenette, making it ideal for budget travelers. However, the room felt a bit small for my taste. The location next to Millennium Park is fantastic, and the front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but it might not be the best choice for families with kids.
